Happy early Thanksgiving! Let the holiday weekend begin! We have less than 24 hours until we get to feast with family and friends. Whether you’re celebrating with your family or having a Friends-giving, wow them with this delicious dessert.
I learned this recipe growing up in the south, where calories don’t count. It’s definitely a crowd pleaser! If anyone you are with is allergic to nuts, they can be removed from the recipe so everyone can enjoy. If you have any alterations, feel free to share them back!
½ Cup Unsalted Butter
1 ½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounce)
Shredded Coconut for top layer
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place melted butter in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Swirl it around to cover the full dish, including the sides!
Layer! I usually start with the graham cracker crumbs, then chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and walnuts. Sprinkle coconut for the top layer.
Drizzle the Condensed Milk for the final layer. Use the full can and evenly pour!
Bake until the edges are golden brown and everything is melted together. About 25-30 minutes.
Let cool before cutting and serving. You can cut into tiny squares or eat it straight out of the pan!
