Maven Boutique LA Return Policy

Here at Maven Boutique LA we strive to make sure our customers are 100% happy with their purchase! That’s why we offer our customers the option to return any item that is still in new condition (i.e. not worn, not washed, not altered) within 45 days for a refund.  To complete any return, we require proof of purchase from Maven Boutique LA.  We refund the amount purchased through cash/credit/gift card only, and we cannot refund any amount that was credited to the transaction, including: promotions, giveaways, or promo codes.

Online Return Instructions

For online returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must follow the instructions below:

  • Email hello@mavenboutiquela.com for a return authorization code
  • Mail item(s) to our Shipping Address: 11271 Ventura Blvd. #384, Studio City, CA 91604 *Please only ship to the address above or your refund may be delayed.

We strongly encourage customers to use tracking and insurance services to ensure the returned items reach us. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be issued in 1-2 days.  Note: The complete amount of time it takes to reflect on your credit card will vary depending on your bank. Should this process exceed 10 business days, please email us at hello@mavenboutiquela.com and include “Help with my Return” in the subject line.  

Maven Boutique LA Exchange Policy

We know life is busy so if you miss the cut-off for a return, items in new condition may be returned for an exchange up for up to 90 days. Please note, however, if the item goes on sale during that time period we can only refund you the sale price of the item.

Free Shipping for Exchanging Sizes:

We believe you shouldn’t have to pay to exchange sizes, so if you need a different size, simply email and we will provide a free return label.  Sorry, this can only be done up to three times per customer per year.  

FINAL SALE Items

Any item marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is” cannot be returned or exchanged.
